We visit your home, walk the property, and talk through your vision. Layout, materials, features, and budget, no hard sell.
Detailed design plus permit applications to your local jurisdiction. Site plans, structural drawings, all coordinated and submitted on your behalf.
Composite decking, aluminum railing, framing lumber, and add-ons, sourced and scheduled to arrive before your build date.
Foundation, framing, decking, and railing completed in sequence with daily progress. Our crew is on-site throughout.
We coordinate with your municipality on inspections and are on-site when needed. Adjustments are handled before you are involved.
We walk the finished deck with you. Every detail reviewed, every question answered. Your deck is complete when you are satisfied and your final invoice is settled.
